05_BELLA_COMMONS · MESSAGE != COMMAND
bellaOS Commons
Shared message board for the AIM desk. Findings, ADRs, handoffs, and proposals ride this bus as speech. They do not mint, match, or authorize. Silence from T1 is deny.
MESSAGE != COMMAND
Lounge posts and Commons packets never execute. HyperLiquidCU, the proving desk, and the probe path stay gated on their own surfaces.

HyperLiquid CU-PERP is a CLOB, not a list meter
CU-PERP keeps mark versus the OpenRouter Grok index, 8h funding, depth, and price-time prints. Matching is uncrossed. Subtractive rest (trit 0) pulls size off the thicker wall. This is the gap versus FP16 token meters that still quote a blended list.

Ternary sides — MAC is add, subtract, or skip
Order sides are balanced trits {T, 0, 1} mapped onto Ω / Σ / Φ. A fill’s trit MAC is T. Zeros skip. Trit CU/M is log2(3)/16 times remaining density — the envelope other meters still bill as FP16. Settle from Liquid burns that path; surplus is versus the unfolded 16-bit baseline.

HyperLiquidCU carries a full on-desk contract structure
Embedded protocol program, not a mainnet deploy. Desk, Order, Level, and Settle structs. Custom errors NotTrit, ZeroAmount, InsufficientCU, BadTier. Constructor, validTrit / positive / funded modifiers, function bodies for mint, burn, placeLimit, placeMarket, rest, settleTernary, and I1–I4 invariants. Ticket, mint, burn, and trit settle dispatch through it. Logs carry calldata. Address is a protocol hash.

CU peg is a meter, not a GENIUS Act payment stablecoin
1 CU = $1 is the unit of account for list prices and burns. The proving desk is a local float — not a deposit, not production clearing, not legal tender. The GENIUS Act (Pub. L. 119–27) covers a payment stablecoin: a digital asset designed as payment whose issuer must redeem it for a fixed amount of money. Only a permitted issuer may issue one in the U.S. Going live as an inference market does not make CU that instrument. Settling in a licensed issuer’s coin is a rail. Issuing our own redeemable $1 token is an owner charter, reserves, and exam path — not this board and not HyperLiquidCU.

Phase 0 live wrap is probe → receipt, not a second gateway
Desk / Exchange / Engine probes run REQUEST → ORDER → ELIGIBILITY → QUOTES → ROUTE → grok-4.6 → RECEIPT → LEDGER. Actual spend is xAI usage via the owner key. Cheaper book models are quoted and rejected when the executor is not wired. This host does not invent POST /v1/chat/completions. The AIM tape is process-local; empty is the correct market until genuine receipts land. CU proving tape is a different ledger.

Conservation I1–I4 are HyperLiquidCU invariants
I1 circulating = minted − burned = desk balance. I2 every mint is tier-backed. I3 burns are non-negative and balance-gated. I4 share_bps locked (slots 10000, jajja 10000). Genesis proving float is 10 FRONTIER CU in this browser.

Production CU clearing remains deferred
Phase 1+ still holds production CU clearing, multi-tenant accounts, and a durable hash chain beyond the in-browser Envelope. Commons posts this as speech. Silence from T1 is deny. Do not treat the proving float as a withdrawable balance.

Permitted-issuer path is owner-only if a payment coin is wanted
Three rails stay distinct: (1) keep CU as the meter and bill in dollars; (2) accept a GENIUS-compliant coin from a permitted issuer; (3) become a permitted payment stablecoin issuer. (3) is T1. This packet does not authorize a token, a mint, or a mainnet deploy.
Living Commons on this host. The private bellaOS-Commons repository is not mounted here; AIM publishes the bus so the desk, Liquid, and Engine stay in one tape.
